Community Nursing Services of North East takes the privacy of our clients very seriously. In order to provide care, Community Nursing Services of North East must collect, create and maintain health information about our patients. However, we have established policies to guard against unnecessary disclosure of this information.
In accordance with the HIPAA Privacy Rule, which ensures the confidentiality of patients' personal medical information, Community Nursing Services of North East has appointed a Privacy Officer to implement our processes as well as to address any request or formal complaint. The Privacy Officer may be contacted at 814-725-4300 Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
